Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities
Typically, the Messaging Services Analyst assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365, Archiving Solutions Boundary Services Setting within Unified Messaging and Communication.
Must have knowledge on O365, MS SharePoint Microsoft Teams.
Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)
Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint,



OneDrive and MS Teams
Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging workplace
Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange
Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management archiving solutions

Degree

Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
