Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI-focused UI/UX Designer & Developer who can independently handle both design and development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI/UX design, hands-on software development experience, and practical expertise working with Claude and modern AI tools.

The candidate should be comfortable translating user and business requirements into intuitive designs and then converting those designs into high-quality, functional applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop modern, intuitive, and user-friendly web application interfaces.
Handle the complete UI/UX lifecycle, from wireframes and prototypes to development and implementation.
Leverage Claude and other AI-powered tools to improve design, development, productivity, and user experiences.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications based on approved designs.
Conduct usability analysis and continuously improve user experience.
Ensure consistency in design systems, UI components, accessibility, and responsive behavior.




Integrate AI capabilities into applications where applicable.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and software development.
Robust hands-on expertise with Claude and practical experience using AI tools.
Robust UI/UX design fundamentals, including:
User research
Wireframing
Prototyping
User journeys
Design systems
Responsive design
Strong hands-on development experience with modern web technologies.
Ability to independently manage both design and development responsibilities.
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and up-to-date product design principles.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Candidates from reputed institutes are preferred.
