Role & responsibilities

Tender Identification & Analysis
Track government, PSU, and private-sector tenders for solar EPC projects through portals, publications, and industry networks.
Analyse tender notices, pre-qualification requirements, and technical/commercial terms.
Prepare summaries and recommend participation based on feasibility.
Bid Preparation & Submission
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to collect inputs for bids.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender specifications.
Draft clarifications, pre-bid queries, and ensure timely responses.
Ensure submission of bids (online/offline) within stipulated deadlines.
Costing & Estimation
Work with procurement and engineering teams to prepare preliminary cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.




Support preparation of competitive pricing models and margin analysis.
Compliance & Documentation
Verify all bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender conditions.
Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and correspondence.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and vendors for tender-related communication.
Support tender presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Market Intelligence
Maintain database of competitors, bid prices, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management on tender outcomes and strategy.
