Key Responsibilities:
Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.
Work on live projects involving claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing.
Support the operations team in meeting performance metrics, quality benchmarks, and client deliverables.
Stay updated on evolving US healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Grow into a specialized or leadership role within the organization based on performance over time.

Who Can Apply?

Education:
Recent graduates in Science or Commerce streams
Preferred degrees: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or similar

Eligibility:
Minimum 70% aggregate in 12th Grade (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Robust communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
Candidates from Delhi-NCR or Tier-1/Cosmopolitan cities preferred

Salary:

Up to 3 LPA (based on performance during training & assessments)
