Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable AI training programs and achieving their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Follow up with leads through phone, email, and messaging channels.
Support applicants throughout enrollment and onboarding.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Solid communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Experience in education counselling, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
Basic understanding of AI and technology courses is an advantage
