Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities
Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with auditors




Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1–4 years of experience as an Account Executive or Accountant
Experience in IT or Telecom industry will be an added advantage
