Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced area sales manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in the Gwalior region. The ideal candidate should have a robust FMCG sales background, excellent distributor management skills, and an established network in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and business growth targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and retailers.
Expand market coverage and strengthen distribution.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in the tea, detergent,
or spice industry is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in distributor handling and market expansion.
Strong network of distributors and retailers in and around Raipur.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates currently working as an area sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the FMCG sector.
Candidates with a successful track record of business development and distributor management in the Gwalior market.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
