George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales and purchase invoice entries.
Perform cash and bank transactions and maintain supporting records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist in preparation of daily, monthly, and periodic financial reports.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.




Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
Identify discrepancies in entries and assist in resolving them.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge can apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel is preferred.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
