Job Overview

EPUB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor account records.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain accounting records and update transactions in Tally.
Assist in GST compliance, tax calculations, returns, and related documentation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and statutory returns.
Assist with PF, ESI, TDS, GST,



and other statutory compliance activities.
Support payroll processing and maintain relevant records.
Prepare financial reports and provide documents required for audits.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Good understanding of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Experience in bank reconciliation and journal entries.
Good accounting and numerical skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.
