Role Description This is a part-time, in office Art Therapist role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Art

Therapist will conduct individual and group art therapy sessions, using creative modalities to support clients in processing emotions, reducing stress, and enhancing overall mental well-being.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, documenting sessions, and evaluating therapeutic progress. The role involves collaborating with mental health professionals, participating in case discussions,



and maintaining ethical and professional standards of practice.

The Art

Therapist may also contribute to workshops, outreach programs, or psychoeducational activities that promote the benefits of art therapy.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Art Therapy and Expressive Arts to design and facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mental Health and Psychology to understand client needs and apply appropriate therapeutic approaches.
Candidates should possess experience or capability in Clinical Supervision, or willingness to work under qualified supervision, to ensure high-quality, ethical practice.
Relevant degree or certification in Art Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work sensitively with diverse populations, maintain clear documentation, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary care environment.
Previous experience in clinical, community, or educational settings is an advantage.
