About the Role

Subham Freight Carriers India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and trustworthy Accountant to handle day-to-day expense tracking, vendor payments, and operational accounting. This role is ideal for candidates looking to apply their commerce background in a quick-paced logistics and freight environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and verify daily operational expenses, freight bills, and petty cash transactions.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally/accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
Process vendor payments, track receivables/payables, and perform periodic bank reconciliations.




Assist in filing monthly GST and basic tax compliance data.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial summary reports for management review.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Any degree or related field).
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in basic accounting or expense management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and standard accounting software (Tally preferred).
Attributes: Good numerical ability, high attention to detail, and sound communication skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full time)
Office Location: Near ABC Hospital, Trichy
