Ensure timely filing of returns, challans, registers, and statutory records.
Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and keep track of regulatory updates.
Provide support in monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
Coordinate and support HR, payroll, statutory and labour law audits.
Prepare audit documents, reconciliations, MIS, and compliance reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.
Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory deductions.
