Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and other bakery products.
Maintain consistent quality, taste and presentation.
Manage daily bakery production and inventory.
Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery section and equipment.
Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
1–2 years of bakery/pastry experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable hygiene, discipline and attention to detail.
Hotel/restaurant/bakery experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
