Conduct material analysis, metallurgical inspection and failure analysis.
Manage heat treatment, hardness, microstructure and material testing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room & R&D; teams for process improvement.
Analyze metallurgical issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain metallurgical reports, testing records and process documentation.
Support current product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
