Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the bakery department, ensuring effective production and quality control.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work workplace.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance on tasks and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
7+ years' experience in a similar role within the confectionery industry.
Robust knowledge of bakery products, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies etc. .
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills
