Job Responsibilities
Call interested customers and explain relevant banking and insurance products.
Follow up with customers regarding their insurance policies and renewal reminders.
Provide timely reminders and basic information about policy renewals.
Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or above.




Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.
