Solid and comprehensive liquor knowledge is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of trending cocktails, mocktails, and mixology.
Solid understanding of bar operations and industry standards.
Menu planning, beverage costing, inventory & stock management.
Vendor coordination and procurement of bar-related products.
Maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
Develop cutting-edge beverage concepts and seasonal menus.
Monitor beverage sales, wastage, and profitability.
Good knowledge of bar equipment, techniques, and presentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Qualifications:
WSET certification preferred.
BHM / B.Sc. in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in a reputed hospitality/restaurant workplace.

Preference: Candidates from Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
