Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for multiple bank accounts.
Match bank statements with ERP/accounting system and books of accounts.
Identify and resolve differences such as:
Cheques issued but not presented
Cheques deposited but not cleared
Bank charges and interest
Direct bank credits/debits
UPI/Card/Payment Gateway settlements
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions
Verify POS, UPI, credit/debit card and online payment settlements against bank credits.
Maintain proper records of outstanding and unreconciled transactions.
Coordinate with Operations, Cashier, Treasury and Finance teams for reconciliation issues.
Pass necessary journal entries and adjustment entries for bank-related transactions.
Monitor cash deposits and daily bank deposits from outlets.
Investigate duplicate, missing or incorrect transactions and ensure timely correction.
Prepare bank reconciliation reports and MIS for management review.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist auditors by providing bank statements, reconciliation workings and supporting documents.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Bank Reconciliation , General Accounting. MIS Reports
Excellent MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, filters and reconciliation formulas.
Experience with Tally / ERP / Other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory accounting.
Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent Finance & Accounts qualification.

Preferred Hospitality Experience

Experience in restaurant, bakery, hotel or multi-outlet F&B; operations will be an advantage, particularly handling daily outlet collections, POS settlements, UPI/card settlements and bank deposits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
