Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the company's productivity and performance
Manage and lead a team of employees, training and supervising staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve goals
Communicate with senior management and other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its objectives
Resolve conflicts and problems as they arise, ensuring that all issues are handled in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role.
Having 4+ years of experience in the KPO/US Operations industry.




Have direct exposure with onshore clients or have worked in onshore client-facing roles.
Must have handled a team of at least 5 members.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant software.

Shift: - 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM IST & 01 PM- 10 PM

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
