Identify and source FMCG products, suppliers and manufacturers.
Develop, onboard and manage vendors across India.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, quality and delivery.
Conduct market research, competitor and price benchmarking.
Identify new products, vendors and business opportunities.
Manage sourcing from vendor identification to final product delivery.
Ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely product availability.
Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
Coordinate with Category, Quality, Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams.
Support cost optimisation and category growth.
Solid understanding of FMCG products, pricing and supplier markets.
Experience in General Trade / Modern Trade / Retail / E-Commerce preferred.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Candidates with a robust FMCG supplier network in East India/Jharkhand will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
