Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Design Development: Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge and functional architectural solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural drafting, detailing, and documentation using industry-standard software and tools. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Coordination: Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate architectural designs seamlessly within the overall project framework.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues proactively,



leveraging your expertise and creativity to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a renowned architectural firm or design consultancy.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for design aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
