Job Role
Junior Architect / Architectural Designer
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
Develop 2D architectural drawings, 3D models, and basic renders.
Coordinate with site teams and incorporate required drawing revisions.
Take site measurements and prepare accurate drawings accordingly.
Assist in material selection, design detailing, and project presentations.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors when required.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Drawings & Planning:
Prepare AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Develop accurate architectural layouts based on project requirements.
Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within project timelines.
Prepare and update working drawings based on design and site requirements.

3D Modelling & Presentation
Create 3D models and basic renders using SketchUp or similar software.
Assist in preparing design presentations and visual materials.




Support senior architects in developing design concepts and details.

Site Coordination
Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
Coordinate with the site team regarding drawings and execution requirements.
Make necessary revisions based on site conditions and project changes.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors when required.

Materials & Documentation
Assist in material selection and design detailing.
Prepare construction-related drawings and documentation.
Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and updated.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office.
Positive understanding of architectural planning and construction.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Creative and detail-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Qualification
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
