Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in communication, positive at building relationships, and motivated by sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational requirements and career goals.
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions.




Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission journey.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling or EdTech will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives 16,000 25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives For experienced candidates, salary can be discussed based on experience and performance.
