Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business, acquire clients, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Field Sales Officers for daily sales updates and reporting.
Monitor attendance, beat plans, order booking, and sales activities through Bizom.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Analyze sales data and provide key performance insights.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams for data reconciliation.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or Sales Operations.
Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
Experience with Bizom, SFA, or CRM software.
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
