About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with solid experience in B2B and Enterprise IT Sales to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, and other channels.

Identify prospects, decision-makers, and recent business opportunities.

Understand client requirements and schedule qualified business meetings.

Promote IT services including Web & App Development, Software Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Staff Augmentation.

Manage follow-ups, sales pipeline, negotiations, and lead conversion.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Coordinate with Presales, Technical, Delivery, and Leadership teams for proposals and requirements.





Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required Skills:

2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

Mandatory: Enterprise Sales experience.

Strong knowledge of B2B IT services and technology solutions.

Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and cold calling.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / MCA / BE / B.Tech preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: As per experience + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
