Role & responsibilities
Monitor sales, profit margins, customer footfall, basket size, and store profitability
Identify issues if performance is below target.
Analyze data and explain the reasons behind valuable or poor performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Highlight business risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
Support leadership with data-driven decision making.
Build automated reports and dashboards instead of manual Excel files
Create PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
6+ years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Reporting, Business Operations, or Performance Management.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Positive knowledge of SQL and Python.
Experience creating dashboards and automation.
Robust project management and stakeholder management skills.
