Position: Cataract Surgery Counsellor

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Optometry

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Eye Hospital preferred

Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, procedure, advantages and expected outcomes.
Explain different IOL options and surgery packages in a clear and professional manner.
Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, OT and billing teams.
Guide patients through the complete pre-operative and post-operative process.
Address patient and bystander queries and concerns.
Follow up with patients and support surgery conversion and scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient counselling and surgery records.
Ensure excellent patient experience and communication.
Achieve assigned counselling and surgery conversion targets.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of cataract surgery and IOLs.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Patient-friendly and skilled approach.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹11,185.69 - ₹25,650.33 per month
