Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Student Mobilization:
Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels (online/offline).
Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, communities, coaching centers, etc.
Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders for outreach.
Organize and participate in career fairs, awareness drives, roadshows, and seminars.
Counseling & Conversion:
Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, admission process, and career pathways.
Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc., and maintain a proper lead funnel.
Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the value proposition.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
