Job Overview:

We are hiring a high-energy FMCG B2B Sales Executive to expand our distribution network and corporate B2B footprint. You will be responsible for onboarding distributors, wholesalers, super-stockists, modern trade partners, and institutional clients for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B Channel Expansion: Appoint and onboard current Distributors, Stockists, Wholesalers, and Key Retail Outlets across assigned territories.
Institutional &
Corporate Sales:

Pitch directly to B2B clients such as Hotels, Restaurants, Catering (HoReCa), Corporate Offices, and Institutions.
Order Generation &
Targets:

Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets through consistent market visits and follow-ups.
Distributor Management: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and clear payment collections with channel partners.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, new product launches, and trade promotions in the territory.

Requirements &
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 – 4 Years in FMCG Sales,



Channel Sales, or Institutional (HoReCa/B2B) Sales.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local wholesale markets, distributor networks, and retail beat routes.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and field-closing capabilities.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for market coverage.

Compensation &
Perks:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Based on experience)
Daily Allowance (TA/DA): Per-day field travel and food allowance paid separately.
Performance Incentives: High monthly primary/secondary target achievement bonuses.
