As a Client Relations Team Lead, you will play an important role in supporting customers and clients while helping to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team within client relations and customer engagement
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and customers
Act as a point of contact for client queries and ongoing support
Monitor team performance and help achieve business objectives
Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance




Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Handle feedback professionally and help resolve client concerns
Attend team meetings, training sessions and client-related activities
Take on increasing responsibility across team leadership and business operations
