Perform mechanical assembly of components, machines and sub-assemblies as per drawings and work instructions.
Read and understand engineering drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
Check components, dimensions and parts before assembly.
Perform fitting, alignment, drilling, tapping, grinding and other basic fitting activities.
Use hand tools, power tools and fitting equipment safely and correctly.
Assemble bearings, shafts, gears, couplings, fasteners and other mechanical components.
Ensure proper alignment, clearance, torque and fitment of components.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Feeler Gauge and Dial Gauge.
Identify defective, damaged or mismatched components and report to the Supervisor/Quality team.
Perform functional checks and testing after assembly.




Follow assembly sequence and standard operating procedures.
Maintain required production targets and assembly cycle time.
Minimize rework, rejection and material wastage.
Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S at the workstation.
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Stores and other departments.
Record production and inspection details as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
