Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute retail business strategy aligned with growth objectives.
· Own the retail business P&L; and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
· Build and manage a strong retail sales and distribution network.
· Ensure productive execution across all retail operations.
· Work with teams to develop a commercially attractive product portfolio.
· Coordinate with teams to maintain productive product flow.
· Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
· Leverage export-import capabilities for international retail prospects.
· Build and lead a high-performing retail organization.
· Establish robust business dashboards and reporting systems.
