Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including waiters, cashiers, and service staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food and service operations.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and proper storage.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards are maintained.
Assist with billing, cash handling,



and daily sales reconciliation.
Support staff training and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor restaurant sales and help achieve daily/monthly targets.
Ensure company SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
Manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant service and daily operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of POS and basic computer operations is preferred.
