Role Description As the Founder at Build With Confidence, the individual will lead the strategic vision, set long-term goals, and guide the overall growth of the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product roadmap for learning resources, supervising the creation of educational content, and ensuring that all offerings remain aligned with the needs of beginner-level learners. The Founder will manage key partnerships, oversee marketing and community-building initiatives, and handle critical operational decisions such as budgeting, hiring, and resource allocation.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and requires close collaboration with a small,



multidisciplinary team to experiment, refine, and scale learning experiences. The position also involves representing the brand at events, gathering learner feedback, and continuously improving programs to deliver clear, practical outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong background in entrepreneurship or early-stage leadership, with experience in building and scaling education, training, or digital-product initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital skills such as basic design tools (e.g., Canva), content creation workflows, and online learning platforms.
- Ability to design or oversee development of learning materials, including workbooks, guides, and structured educational content for beginners.
- Experience with marketing, community building, or audience growth, particularly for online learning or creator-focused products.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management in a small or growing organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, simple language.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating closely with a small, cross-functional team.
- Previous experience in education, training, or digital upskilling programs is highly beneficial; a background in business, education, communications, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
