Role Description The Financial Advisor role is a full-time remote position responsible for helping clients understand and select appropriate life insurance and financial solutions. A Financial Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers, assess their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable products such as term, wealth, child education, and retirement plans. Daily activities include conducting financial needs analyses, explaining product features and benefits, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting clients through the application and onboarding process.





The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, monitoring their financial plans, and suggesting adjustments as circumstances change.

Advisors are expected to stay current on market trends, regulatory guidelines, and company offerings to provide accurate, compliant, and informed advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to analyze client needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to interpret financial information and recommend suitable investment-linked insurance products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Retirement Planning to help clients create long-term strategies for income security after retirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet performance and compliance targets.
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or wealth management is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; professional certifications in financial planning or insurance are an advantage.
