Visual Designer – D2C & Brand
Location: Gurgaon
Type: Full time
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Visual Designer with exceptional taste and a strong understanding of contemporary culture, fashion, lifestyle, and digital-first brands.
You may come from a fashion, lifestyle, editorial, communication design, or branding background — but your role here will go beyond fashion.
You’ll help shape the visual world of new-age D2C consumer brands across brand identity, packaging, e-commerce, campaigns, social media, content, and digital experiences.
We’re looking for someone who can take a brand idea and turn it into a distinctive, premium and culturally relevant visual language.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and evolve visual identities for new-age D2C brands
- Create brand systems, typography, color palettes, layouts and visual guidelines
- Design packaging and product communication
- Develop creative direction for campaigns and product launches
- Design high-converting Shopify/e-commerce creatives and product pages
- Create visual concepts for social media, performance ads and digital campaigns
- Develop moodboards and define photography, styling and art direction
- Work closely with photographers, 3D artists, illustrators and external creative partners
- Translate trends from fashion, beauty, wellness and global consumer brands into original brand ideas
- Maintain strong visual consistency across every consumer touchpoint
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re particularly interested in designers coming from fashion, lifestyle, beauty, editorial or premium consumer brands who want to move deeper into the D2C ecosystem.
You should have
- 2–5 years of experience in visual, fashion, communication, brand or graphic design
- An exceptionally strong visual eye and understanding of aesthetics
- Strong typography, composition, color and layout skills
- Understanding of contemporary fashion and consumer culture
- Ability to create premium, modern and distinctive visual systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your taste and design thinking
- Ability to move quickly from concept → execution
- Comfort working in a quick-moving startup workplace
Bonus Points
- Fashion design or fashion communication background
- Experience with D2C, beauty, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Packaging design experience
- Photography / art-direction experience
- Motion design or 3D understanding
- Experience using AI-native creative tools
What Matters MostTaste > Tools. We care less about whether you’ve spent your entire career designing D2C websites and more about whether you have an exceptional eye for fashion, culture, typography, imagery, composition and storytelling.
If you can look at a brand and instinctively understand how to make it feel more premium, desirable and culturally relevant, we’d like to meet you.
