Role Description The Fashion Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Fashion

Consultant will assist customers in selecting Hidesign products by understanding their preferences and offering styling guidance that reflects current fashion trends and the brand’s aesthetic. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features and perks, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and ensuring a high standard of visual merchandising.



The role also involves handling sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to store targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

The Fashion

Consultant will collaborate closely with the store team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Knowledge related to leather goods, accessories, and fashion categories.
- Demonstrated Fashion Consulting and styling abilities, with awareness of current trends.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear, courteous, and professional interaction with diverse customers.
- Proven Customer Service experience, focused on building relationships and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Sales skills, including basic retail operations, POS handling, upselling, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work on-site in a retail environment, including weekends and peak shopping hours.
- Attention to detail in presentation, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury accessories is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in fashion, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
