Role Description The Facade Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Nashik. The role involves developing facade concepts and translating them into detailed design drawings and shop drawings for cladding and glazing systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers and architects, reviewing structural and architectural plans, and ensuring facade details meet performance, safety, and aesthetic requirements.

The Facade

Designer will prepare technical documentation, support fabrication and installation teams with clear drawings and instructions, and assist in resolving design-related issues during project execution.



The role also requires regular site visits to verify design implementation and maintain alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Facade and Facade Design for building envelopes and related systems.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Cladding and Glazing for exterior finishes and curtain wall solutions.
- Candidates should possess the ability to produce accurate Shop Drawings and technical detailing for fabrication and installation.
- Proficiency in CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for facade design and documentation.
- Understanding of structural principles, building codes, and material specifications relevant to facades.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional site and office teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in facade design or fabrication projects will be considered an advantage.
