Qualification

- Master’s Degree / MBA in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a relevant field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Food Ingredients Industry
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities
- Manage international sales, customer service, field service and key accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers
- Prepare commercial offers and conduct price & contract negotiations
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research, networking and business development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Drive sales directly and through agents/distributors in designated international markets
- Develop sales strategies in coordination with senior management
- Manage and monitor distributor performance
- Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activities




- Collect and analyse export data to track competitor sales and market positioning
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and business events
- Travel internationally for customer meetings, exhibitions and business development
