Role & responsibilities
- Manage chilli cold storage operations to ensure product quality and inventory integrity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through timely stock reconciliation and verification.
- Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch activities as per operational requirements.
- Monitor moisture loss and implement controls to minimize storage-related losses.
- Manage transport planning and ensure timely movement of materials.
- Coordinate and monitor 3P operations to achieve service and compliance standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards using Excel and ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and food safety standards.
- Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.
