NWe are looking for an exceptional content professional to lead the growth of a high-potential Instagram account of a prominent Social Worker and Politician based in Gurgaon.

NThis is NOT a conventional Social Media Manager role.

NWe are looking for someone who understands why certain Instagram Reels get 100K, 1M, 5M or 10M+ views — and, more importantly, understands how content converts attention into followers.

NThe objective is to buildone of India's most powerful public-interest/personal-brand Instagram accounts over the next 12 months.

- Develop a high-growth Instagram content strategy

- Identify repeatable viral content formats
N
- Study India's fastest-growing Instagram accounts and understand WHY their content works
N
- Identify stories, situations and moments that can become high-performing Reels
N
- Develop recurring content franchises
N
- Convert everyday real-world situations into compelling short-form stories
N
- Develop strong hooks for the first 1–3 seconds of Reels
N
- Work closely with Creative Directors, field producers, cameramen and editors
N
- Decide which ideas deserve field coverage
N
- Turn one field situation into multiple content opportunities
N
- Analyse Reel performance and identify patterns
N
- Track views, retention,shares, saves, profile visits and follower conversion
N
- Identify which content generates followers rather than merely views
N
- Constantly experiment with current formats
N




- Identify emerging Instagram trends without blindly copying them
N
- Build a culture of rapid content experimentation
N
- Help create a system capable of producing high volumes of quality Reels
N
- Review successful and unsuccessful content every week and determine what should be repeated, modified or discontinued
