WE ARE HIRING | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

Don Vanzara Showbiz LLP (DVS) is looking for a sharp, curious and highly organised Executive Assistant - Strategy & Operations to work closely with the Founder across multiple business initiatives.

This is not a conventional EA role.

We are looking for an early-career professional with a business/management mindset who wants to work closely with a founder and understand how a growing media business is actually built.

You will work across business development, new initiatives, partnerships, hiring and operations, helping track priorities, follow up on important actions and ensure that things keep moving. More importantly, we are looking for someone who can think ahead, understand context, ask the right questions and gradually develop the ability to anticipate what needs to happen next.

What we're looking for:

- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates / MBAs are welcome




- Background in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics or a related field
- Strong Communication and Organisational Skills
- Solid written communication, with the ability to turn ideas and discussions into clear business proposals, briefs and presentations
- Good business sense and curiosity about how companies work
- Able to research, structure information and prepare concise business notes with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working directly with a founder
- Excellent follow-up and execution ability
- Proactive, analytical and willing to take ownership
- Someone who wants to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
