Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Startup Story® is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role supports senior leadership through managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports and other administrative documentation.

The Executive

Assistant will organize and track executive priorities, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and ensure follow-ups and deadlines are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and liaising with internal teams and external partners.



The role also requires proactive problem-solving, professional communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting a rapid-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, with experience managing calendars, meetings, and documentation.
- Demonstrated executive support capabilities, including handling confidential information, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare, review, and track expense reports and other operational paperwork with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, summaries, and reports.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar applications).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in startup or media environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
