Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets and growth.
Major focus on TPP Products (insurance & others). While brokerage & MTF is there (it is mostly autopilot)
Oversee daily operations, ensuring productive use of resources and effective communication among team members.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.
Foster robust relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Ensure manpower planning across all branches under purview (either by retention / hiring / portfolio optimization)
