We are hiring entry-level CNC Machine Operators to join our manufacturing facility. This is a direct operational role for recent Diploma graduates who are eager to build a career in mechanical component manufacturing and machine operations. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Load raw material onto CNC machines and unload finished components safely.
Perform basic tool offsets, work zero settings, and cycle starts under senior operator guidance.
Inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometre, height gauge).
Follow standard operating sheets and maintain daily production logs.
Keep the machine and workspace clean, reporting any tool wear or abnormal machine noise immediately.

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience:



Fresher (2024 / 2025 / 2026 passed out).
Willingness to work in rotational plant shifts.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and workshop tools.
