Position Overview
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage our front-counter operations, handle customer transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with modern Point of Sale (POS) systems, enabling quick, error-free billing during peak business hours. Familiarity with the Petpooja POS ecosystem is a solid advantage and will be given top priority.
Key Responsibilities
1. POS Operations & Billing
Execute rapid, accurate billing and order processing using the POS terminal.
Handle various payment modes seamlessly (Cash, Cards, UPI, Wallets, and split payments).
Manage customer queries regarding bills, items, pricing, and active promotions or discount coupons.
Generate daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, and transparent shift-end statements accurately.
