We are looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to support development and production-related machining works.
The candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines according to production and development requirements.
The role involves working in a manufacturing workplace and ensuring accurate, productive, and protected machine operations.
Candidates with relevant machining knowledge and hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Setting & Operation:
Set and operate CNC machines as per production and development requirements.
Load and unload components and ensure proper machine setup.
Check machine settings, tools, fixtures, and workholding arrangements before operation.
Monitor machining processes and ensure accurate component production.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings during production.
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Identify and report machine or tooling issues to the supervisor.

Production & Development Support
Support development and trial production activities.
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
Maintain proper handling of raw materials, tools, and finished components.




Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to complete assigned work.
Ensure timely completion of machining activities.

Safety & Quality
Follow workplace safety procedures and machine operating guidelines.
Use appropriate safety equipment and protective gear.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine.
Ensure components meet required quality and dimensional standards.
Handle machines, tools, and components carefully to prevent damage.

Experience

Job Requirements

Candidates with CNC machine setting and operating experience may be preferred.

Education
10th Pass or Below 10th.
