Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BIM models using Revit software for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling of building services installations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
Provide technical support during construction phase by resolving issues related to design intent vs. as-built conditions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
