Program CNC machines (5 axis CNC routers, Multiboring machine, etc.) for cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping solid wood and wood-based panel components.
Convert 2D/3D CAD drawings (from design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) into optimized Code for CNC machine
Optimize nesting and cutting layouts to minimize material wastage — a critical lever given the volumes of solid wood and panel material processed.
Set up and calibrate machines, select appropriate tooling (bits, blades, drill heads) based on material type, grain direction, and finish requirements specific to solid wood.
Run first-article and pilot batches, inspect output against drawings/tolerances, and fine-tune programs before full production release.




Troubleshoot programming and machining issues in real time — tool wear, material inconsistency, warping, or tolerance drift — to minimize downtime and rejections.
Maintain and update a library of programs for existing SKUs, and version-control changes as designs evolve.
Ensure quality and safety compliance — dimensional accuracy, surface finish standards, and adherence to machine safety protocols.
Document work instructions and train machine operators on running programs correctly.
