Set CNC Turning / VMC machines as per drawing, process sheet and job requirements.
Perform complete job setting, including fixture, tool and workpiece setting.
Set tool offsets, work offsets and coordinate systems.
Load, verify and make necessary edits to CNC programs.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection before production.
Make necessary offset corrections during production.
Monitor tool wear and replace tools/inserts when required.
Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling and fixture-related issues.
Ensure cycle time and production targets are achieved.
Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
Maintain machine setting sheets, tool records and production records.
Follow safety, quality and 5S standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and support basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
